By participating in this auction you agree to the following terms. <u><b>No Returns</b></u> All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments. <b><u>Buyer's Premium</u></b> A buyer's premium of fifteen percent (15%) of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final selling price for the auction lot. <b><u>Sales Tax</u></b> For this sale Sales tax will be required for all in State purchases (Mississippi Residents). <b><u>Payment </u></b> credit cards will be run for this auction after the auction is completed. Credit Cards only <b>Pickup Dates:</b> Friday 17th 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday 18th 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.<b><u><a name="AuctionEnding"></a></u></b> <b><u>Age Requirement</u></b> All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
