Typically, an onsite estate sale depends on the quantity and quality of items in the estate. If it is more beneficial to hold the sale onsite (and allowed in your location), we will conduct the sale onsite as an traditional estate sale, online auction onsite, or combination.
If the estate is too small to justify the sale onsite, the estate items are taken to one of our galleries and sold.
